Emma Sadler

Emma is an Associate Solicitor in Blackadders Family Law Team in Glasgow. Emma completed her undergraduate degree and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde graduating in 2013. Emma completed her traineeship at a family law specialist firm.

Emma has exclusively practised family law throughout her career. She can provide advice on a wide range of family law matters, in particular, financial claims on divorce, cohabitation claims and issues involving children.

Emma regularly appears in the Sheriff Court conducting cases on behalf of her clients.

Emma has tutored on the Family Law module of the Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde since 2020. She has also recently completed training offered by the Scottish Women’s Rights Centre on domestic abuse.
