Madelyn Weber

Madelyn (Maddie) Weber is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in sales, operations, and software engineering. Currently, Maddie works in a Sales / GTM role at Blackbird Labs, Inc. and serves as the owner of Sleepy Saturday, a pajama company focused on community-based designs. Previous experience includes serving as Chief of Staff at CLINICONTACT SL, where Maddie drove operations and sales for a healthcare venture, and excelling as a Healthcare Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, achieving top rankings among peers. Maddie's leadership was also demonstrated as the top campus manager for University Tees, along with early exposure to investment banking and software engineering education at Flatiron School. Maddie holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Washington and Lee University and has participated in study abroad programs in Spain.
