Jau-Ling Chou

Jau-Ling Chou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in DevOps and systems engineering, currently serving as a Staff DevOps Engineer at Blackboard since February 2004. With a strong background in application and configuration management, Jau-Ling has contributed to AWS operations and hosted infrastructure service consultation.
