Elyse Debonis

Elyse Debonis is the Director of Strategic Global Alliances at BlackLine. Elyse has over 15 years of experience in building and managing global alliances with large enterprise software companies. Elyse has a proven track record of executing lead generation, marketing, training, alignment, strategy, sales and legal governance programs that drive partner influence and revenue.

Elyse started their career in alliance management at IBM in 2007. Elyse was responsible for driving incremental and net new revenue programs across global system integrators and technology partners. In 2009, they joined OpenText as the Global Alliance Director for Deloitte and the Director of the SAP Competence Partner Program. During their time at OpenText, Elyse successfully built and managed relationships with some of the largest enterprise software companies in the world, including Deloitte, SAP and Oracle.

In 2014, Elyse joined Redwood Software as the Director of Strategic Alliances. In this role, they were responsible for the development of the partner ecosystem, strategy and initiatives to drive incremental and net new revenue programs across global system integrators and technology partners. During their time at Redwood Software, Elyse successfully drove partner influence and revenue growth across multiple industries.

Elyse joined BlackLine in February 2017 as the Director of Strategic Global Alliances. In this role, they are responsible for executing lead generation, marketing, training, alignment, strategy, sales and legal governance programs that drive partner influence and revenue globally.

Elyse Debonis has a BA from Hofstra University and an MBA and MA from New York University.

Their manager is Marc Huffman, Chief Executive Officer. Elyse Debonis works with Jill Knesek - Chief Information Security Officer, Andres Botero - Chief Marketing Officer, and Max Solonski - Chief Security Officer.
