Lisa Schreiber is the current Chief Customer Officer at BlackLine. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Customer Success Officer at Forcepoint from December 2019 to February 2021. During their time at Forcepoint, Lisa led the company through a SaaS transformation and built a digital customer engagement strategy to provide world-class customer experience and increase adoption. Under their leadership, the technical support team increased the focus on top customers, resulting in a first-time fix rate of 45%, a customer satisfaction score of 97% and a 74 NPS. Additionally, Lisa led the design and delivery of a digital-first customer enablement across all channels, with tailored content and training included within the product. This enabled a Forcepoint Customer Success Plan-led adoption of services to drive full value, including redefining the onboarding experience for SaaS customers to more efficiently meet customer needs.

Lisa Schreiber has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a Strategic Intelligence Program from IESE Business School. Lisa also has an Authentic Leadership certification from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
