Joseph Salemo's work experience begins in 2009 with Riconda Maintenance Inc, where they worked as a Project Manager/Estimator. In this role, they supervised staff and resolved technical problems while representing the company in meetings with clients and project sponsors. Their responsibilities included fa\u00e7ade restoration, waterproofing, high-rise rigging, historic preservation, and commercial flat roofing.
From 2016 to 2017, Joseph worked as a Project Manager for RestorePro Reconstruction, an insurance-based restoration company. Joseph managed multiple projects simultaneously and coordinated with clients, property management, sponsors, and homeowners.
In 2017, Joseph joined Feazel as a Production Manager/Estimator. Joseph oversaw production in the Raleigh office, managed subcontractors and in-house crews, and collaborated with clients, property managers, engineers, and architects to ensure job satisfaction.
Starting in 2018, Joseph had multiple roles at BLAIR DURON. Initially, they served as an Operations Manager from October 2019 to June 2020. Joseph then transitioned to the position of Estimator-Project Manager, where they estimated and managed projects in various sectors, including pharmaceutical clean rooms, hospitals, schools, military facilities, and commercial facilities. Joseph utilized blue beam software for detailed take-offs.
In 2021, Joseph briefly worked for Alpha Insulation & Waterproofing as an Estimator/Project Manager before returning to BLAIR DURON as the Director of Operations.
Joseph Salemo attended Arizona State University from 2007 to 2009 and SUNY Brockport from 2005 to 2007. Joseph has obtained additional certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Six Sigma Global Institute (obtained year 2023), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Six Sigma Global Institute (obtained year 2023), OSHA 500 Trainer from North Carolina State University (obtained year 2022), and OSHA 510 from North Carolina State University (obtained year 2021).
