Chad Porter is a Partner at Blank Rome LLP, having joined the firm in May 2024 after a lengthy tenure at Burns & Levinson LLP where Chad served as Vice Chairman of Finance from May 2000 to May 2024. At Burns & Levinson, Chad Porter specialized in the Corporate and Finance groups, engaging in commercial finance arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, securities transactions and compliance, as well as general business affairs.
