Frank Tamulonis

Frank Tamulonis is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in environmental litigation. Currently serving as a Partner at Blank Rome LLP since October 2013, Frank has also held positions as an Associate Attorney within the same firm. Prior to this role, Frank gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and served as Assistant Counsel for the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board. Frank's career began at Dechert LLP as an Associate. Frank holds a Master of Public Administration from Penn State University and a Juris Doctor specializing in Environmental/Energy Law from Penn State Dickinson Law.
