Fraser Collin

Fraser Collin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Partner at Blank Rome LLP since August 2024, Fraser previously held key roles such as General Counsel and Head of M&A at Dragonfly from January 2022 to August 2024, and Assistant General Counsel & Assistant Secretary at WIN Waste Innovations between January 2020 and December 2021. Fraser also contributed as Deputy General Counsel & Secretary at Interactions LLC, and held various positions at Wheelabrator Technologies and Burns & Levinson LLP, where Fraser advanced from Associate to Partner in the Corporate Group. Fraser is a Charter Member of TechGC, an invitation-only community for General Counsels, and holds a B.A. in History from Boston College and a Doctor of Law (JD) from Suffolk University Law School.
