Jonathan Loeb - Partner At Blank Rome Llp

Jonathan Loeb is a Partner at Blank Rome LLP, serving since November 2014. In this role, Jonathan represents Tishman Speyer Properties in litigation related to the significant 2009 leveraged buyout of Archstone Smith Trust, one of the largest mergers in the real estate investment trust (REIT) sector. Prior to joining Blank Rome LLP, Jonathan held the position of Partner at Bingham McCutchen from 2007 to November 2014 and at Alschuler Grossman Stein & Kahan LLP from 2000 to 2007. Jonathan holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
