Karin Berg

Karin Berg is a partner at Blank Rome LLP, where Karin has been instrumental as a founding partner of the Chicago office since June 2019. Karin specializes in secured and unsecured financings, insolvency, bankruptcy, and complex loan workouts and restructurings, particularly in the healthcare sector. Prior to joining Blank Rome, Karin served as a partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP from October 2007 to June 2019, specializing in bankruptcy and creditors' rights. Karin's experience also includes roles as an associate at Dorsey & Whitney LLP and Jenner & Block LLP. Karin holds a Juris Doctor degree from BYU Law School, earned between 2000 and 2003.
