Michael Swoyer

Michael Swoyer is a Partner at Blank Rome LLP, where employment commenced in October 2017 after serving as an Associate. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at The Delaware Counsel Group, Attorneys at Law from September 2015 to October 2017, and serving as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Justice James T. Vaughn Jr. and the Honorable Justice Henry duPont Ridgely at the Delaware Supreme Court between September 2014 and September 2015. Additionally, Michael held the role of Articles Editor for Volume 39 of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and was a Wolcott Fellow to Justice Ridgely, also gaining experience as an intern with the same justice. Michael holds a Juris Doctor in Corporate Law from Widener University Schools of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cabrini University.
