Michelle Gervais

Michelle Gervais is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in litigation, specializing in complex business, banking, matrimonial, domestic, child custody, and developer issues. Currently a Partner and Co-Chair of the Sports Industry Group at Blank Rome LLP since March 2015, Michelle previously held the position of Partner at Duane Morris LLP from September 2003 to March 2015. Earlier career positions include roles as a Lawyer at Carlton Fields, P.A. and both a Law Clerk and Lawyer at Young, Berman, Karpf & Gonzalez. Michelle earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast & Cinematic Arts and Political Science from Central Michigan University.
