Molly Crane

Molly Crane is a Partner in the Business Department at Blank Rome LLP, where responsibilities include negotiating and drafting a variety of key transactional documents such as purchase agreements, supply agreements, and employment agreements, as well as advising internal stakeholders on operational and structural matters. Prior to this role, Molly served as a Legal Intern in the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. Molly holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Pennsylvania.
