Rebecca Ward

Rebecca Ward serves as a Partner in the commercial litigation practice group at Blank Rome LLP, a position held since March 1997. Specializing in business and complex disputes, Rebecca represents clients in federal and state courts and alternative dispute resolution nationwide, dealing with a wide range of industries. Notable matters include representing major video game publishers in wrongful death actions, defense industry contractors in trade secret claims, publicly traded companies in litigation from acquisitions, intra-family corporate transactions, and various other high-stakes legal issues. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked as an Associate at Hopkins & Sutter from September 1994 to February 1997. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Chicago.
