Robert Jacobs

Robert Jacobs is a seasoned attorney specializing in insurance recovery, with over 30 years of experience in representing commercial policyholders across various claims, including product liabilities, toxic torts, cyber-related losses, and business interruption. Currently a partner at Blank Rome LLP since September 2020, Robert emphasizes "Bermuda Form" arbitrations in London and has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts in the United States. Previously, Robert held the position of partner at Perkins Coie LLP, where leadership of the Insurance Recovery Group was undertaken for 3.5 years, and at HOWREY LLP, focusing on corporate policyholders’ insurance coverage needs. Early career experience includes representing corporate clients in mass tort liabilities at Anderson, Kill, Olick & Oshinsky. Robert holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Florida.
