Thomas H. Belknap

Thomas H. Belknap is a partner at Blank Rome LLP since October 2006, specializing in international maritime and commercial litigation. In addition to legal practice, Thomas serves as an adjunct professor of Admiralty Law at New York University School of Law starting January 2022. Prior to joining Blank Rome LLP, Thomas was a partner at Healy & Baillie, LLP from 1996 to 2006. Thomas earned a Juris Doctor degree with distinction from Emory University School of Law in 1996 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Tufts University, completed in 1991. Thomas also attended Pomfret School from 1983 to 1987.
