Walter Davis

Walter Davis is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property law. Currently serving as a Partner at Blank Rome LLP since March 2023, Walter previously held the same position at Davidson Berquist Jackson & Gowdey, LLP from February 2015 to March 2023. Prior to that, Walter worked as an Attorney at Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider LLP from May 2012 to February 2015 and served as an Associate at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, L.L.P. for over thirteen years. Walter began a legal career as a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office from September 1993 to June 1999. Walter earned a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School between 1998 and 2002 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, completed in 1993.
