Luca Lupatini

Luca Lupatini currently serves as the Global Head of Production & SCM and is an Executive Board Member at Blaser Swisslube since October 2025. Prior to this role, Luca held the position of Production Manager at Holcim Schweiz from October 2020 to October 2025. Experience also includes extensive roles at Bertrams Chemical Plants Ltd, including Head of Field Service Department, Key Account Manager, and Site Manager from December 2012 to October 2020, and earlier work as a Commissioning Engineer at Casale SA from November 2009 to December 2012. Luca holds an Executive MBA from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland, completed in June 2023, and has achieved a Private Pilot License with Avilu in 2024. Additional educational credentials include a Global RMX Concrete Operations and Management degree from the University of Derby and an international study trip to the University of Deusto. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from HES-SO University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland.
