As a member of the Square Account Management team I help our merchants grow their business! I work to help merchants get the most out of the Square Omni-Channel. I do this with business owners and decision partners through product education, building of seller ECOM strategies and creatively working to pivot and adapt in a Covid affected world by offering business advice and introducing new features.

As a dedicated Account Manager, I am passionate about helping my business owners succeed. I nurture relationships and find creative ways to make Square products work for a complex and diverse array of customers. I identify ways to expand collaboration with customers and act as an internal advocate for decision makers in the SMB to Mid Market space.
