Pieter DePree

Pieter DePree is the current head of talent acquisition at Blockstack. Pieter has also held this position at Hiro Systems and ProdPerfect. Pieter has also been a technical recruiter at Facebook and a lead technical recruiter and lead people operations partner at Stack Overflow. Prior to that, they were a regional sales recruiter at ADP and an operations and sales recruiter at Grubhub. Pieter began their career as a recruiter at Aerotek in 2011.

Pieter DePree holds a BSBA in finance from the University of Central Florida - College of Business Administration. Pieter is certified by the HR Certification Institute in PHR - Professional in Human Resources, and by AIRS in CDR - Certified Diversity Recruiter 8.0, CSSR - Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter, and PRC - Professional Recruiter Certified.
