Tom Gerrity

Tom Gerrity is the current Head of People at Blockstack. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of People at Paxful from October 2020 to September 2021. In this role, they led a global people operations team of 20 across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Workplace Experience, Culture & Internal Communications.

Before Paxful, Tom served as the Head of People at Hiro Systems from November 2019 to October 2020. At Hiro Systems, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the people operations for the company.

Tom has also served as an investor, startup advisor, and advisory board member for various startups. Tom is passionate about helping startups grow and scale their businesses.

Tom Gerrity has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Tom Gerrity reports to Muneeb Ali, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Jesse Soslow - Head of Legal & Operations, Patrick Stanley - Head of Growth, and Pieter DePree - Head of Talent Acquisition.
