Sima Sobhiyeh

Sima Sobhiyeh is a postdoctoral researcher and R&D manager who has been working in the field of metabolism and body composition for the past three years. Sima has experience in designing research studies, writing research grant proposals, and managing projects and products within time, scope, and budget. Sobhiyeh is currently the director of research and support services at Bloom Health Partners.

Sima Sobhiyeh received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic, a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University. Sima also has a certification from Coursera in Client Needs and Software Requirements, Agile with Atlassian Jira, and Software Processes and Agile Practices. In addition, they are certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).

Sima Sobhiyeh reports to Greg Pipes, Director of Alabama Operations. They are on a team with Alex Aylward - Director of Operations/ Customer Success, Tiffany Ivory - Executive Assistant, and DJ - Nurse Manager.
