Gareth Howard

Gareth Howard is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in management and culinary operations. Currently serving as the Group General Manager at Blue Coral Concepts since July 2024, Gareth oversees over 20 venues across Australia and the UAE. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group, and various positions at Acre Camperdown, including Openings Manager, General Manager, and Executive Chef, where a focus on farm-to-table dining highlighted the use of locally sourced produce. As the Regional Head Chef for Jamie's Italian Keystone Holdings, Gareth managed six venues across five Australian cities. Additional experience includes a senior role at Jamie Oliver Restaurants, where kitchen operations were overseen across ten venues, and earlier positions as Head Chef at multiple high-volume city center restaurants. Gareth's educational background includes a foundation degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Wales and A levels from Cowbridge.
