Jim Raley

Jim Raley is an established operations executive with extensive experience in managing call center environments and large teams. Raley has held prominent roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, serving as Unit Manager of Enrollment Services from April 2015 to the present, and as a retiree from March 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Customer Service at Infinity Insurance, where Raley managed a budget of $25M and oversaw over 450 employees across multiple sites. Raley started in the insurance industry as Manager of the Southern Division at the National Council on Compensation Insurance from May 1982 to October 1994. Raley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Montevallo, earned between 1977 and 1981.
