Priyanka Bhakta

Priyanka Bhakta, MBA, is a DEIB advocate focused on fostering meaningful relationships within organizations and communities. With a diverse professional background, they have held positions in corporate social responsibility, training and development, and community relations across various sectors, including Exelon, Ulta Beauty, and Health Care Service Corporation. Currently, Priyanka serves as the Lead Learning and Development Specialist at Health Care Service Corporation, drawing on their extensive experience in employee engagement and program development. They hold a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership Communication from Illinois State University. Outside of work, Priyanka enjoys exploring Chicago with their dog, Chestnut, and practicing kickboxing.
