Bill Hotchkiss

Bill Hotchkiss possesses extensive experience in financial management, particularly within the healthcare and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Director of Expense Management at Blue Cross NC since February 2004, Bill oversees enterprise budgeting, cost accounting, and operating expense management. Prior roles at Blue Cross NC include Director/Controller for various programs, including the Topaz Implementation Office and the operating divisions for commercial and government operations. Bill's experience also includes positions as VP/CFO for WorldCare Global Health Plan, Sunshine State Insurance Company, and Acordia Benefits of Florida.
