Mark Stinneford

Mark Stinneford has extensive experience in communications, primarily at Blue Cross NC since October 2000, where roles include Principal Communications Advisor and Senior Communications Advisor, focusing on content management, event strategy, and executive engagement. Prior positions involve leading employee communications and managing various communications programs, including serving as a spokesperson and providing counsel to company leaders. Previous experience includes serving as Press Secretary for Dennis Wicker for Governor and a Communications Project Manager at Progress Energy, complemented by foundational work as a State Capital Correspondent for the Fayetteville Observer.
