Toni Howard

Toni Howard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and retail sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director of Business Solutions at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since July 2009, Toni has held various roles within the organization, including Director and Senior Program Manager, focusing on production operations of FEP products and services. Previously, Toni was the CEO of Precious Steps, Inc., an online children's shoe retailer, and held positions at CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield ranging from Product Manager to Broker Representative. Academically, Toni holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Averett University and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Maryland.
