Ruoqi Chen has over 20 years of extensive experience in software development and application delivery, currently serving as Application Delivery Lead Pr. at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since October 2001. Ruoqi has held various roles at this company, including Sr. Solution Architect, Tech Lead / Principal Application Developer, and Senior Application Developer.
