Mark Stewart

Mark has oversight of Blue Cross’s finances, data and analytics and information technology, bringing more than 20 years of experience to his role. He provides leadership and strategic direction for the current and long-term effectiveness and efficiency of our financial operations, treasury functions, accounting, expense management, cost accounting, data and analytics, medical and market trends and our information technology strategy. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree from Pace University and a master’s in business administration from Fairfield University. Before joining Blue Cross in 2015, he was the Chief Financial Officer at New Century Health, a specialty benefits management company.
