Crystal Hayes

Crystal Hayes has extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors, serving as Manager of Broker Relations at Blue Cross of Idaho since July 2000, where responsibilities include calculating monthly commissions and managing sales data. Previous roles at Blue Cross of Idaho also included Supervisor of Finance and Business Analyst. Prior to this, Crystal worked in marketing at Benefit Managers Company from May 2007 to April 2013, focusing on claims adjudication and system configuration for enrollment. Additionally, Crystal held a position at US Bank from February 2001 to May 2007, generating leads and managing vault operations. Crystal holds a degree in Interior Design from Boise State University.
