Reagan Greene

Reagan Greene serves as the Vice President of Marketing & Experience at Blue Cross of Idaho, focusing on brand management, marketing, communications, experience, and community impact since February 2024. Prior to this role, Reagan spent nearly 15 years at Blue Cross NC, where contributions included serving as Vice President of Marketing & Community Engagement and overseeing brand strategy and integrated marketing efforts. Earlier experience includes leadership positions in brand strategy and corporate marketing at Carewise Health/SHPS and CHA Health/Humana, emphasizing campaign development and brand communications. Reagan holds an MBA in Marketing from Northern Kentucky University and has completed executive education programs at prestigious institutions, including Kellogg, Duke University, and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
