Toby Smith

Toby Smith is an accomplished horticultural professional with a strong background in management and team leadership. Currently serving as Horticultural Manager at Blue Diamond Limited since May 2017, Toby has previously held similar managerial roles at Wyevale Garden Centres, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple sections, achieving KPIs, and managing store operations during peak trading periods. Toby's career began in horticulture with a Level 2 Horticulture award and notable experience as a Horticultural Apprentice, where recognition as runner-up for Horticulture Apprentice of the Year was achieved. Educational credentials include a degree in Horticultural Level 2 from WCG and high school completion from Chosen Hill School.
