Fiona Carvell

Fiona Carvell currently serves as Principal and Chief of Staff at Blue Owl Capital, where responsibilities include supporting the BDC/Private Funds CFO and chairing the Women's Empowerment Employee Resource Group. Prior experience at HSBC spanned over a decade, holding various senior roles including Senior Vice President in the US/Americas Transformation Office, where Fiona assured the delivery of strategic change programs. Additional roles at HSBC included leading global legal operations and communications, contributing to organizational change, and managing employee engagement. Fiona also has experience as an independent business owner of Personal Travel Concierge Ltd and held communication roles at Royal Bank of Canada, Ernst & Young, and Lloyds TSB.
