Aliza Arjoyan

Aliza Arjoyan is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as Senior Vice President at Blue Shield of California since November 2017, previously holding the position of Vice President. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President for California & Hawaii and Director of Network Management at Humana from February 2012 to August 2017, and Director of Contracting at SCAN Health Plan from January 2000 to February 2012. Aliza holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix (2003-2005) and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration from California State University, Northridge (1987-1990).
