Meghan Delehanty

Meghan Delehanty currently serves as the Sales Strategy & Performance Lead at Blue Shield of California, where responsibilities include developing strategic plans to drive membership growth and advising executive leadership on key initiatives. Previously as a Clinical Program Manager, Meghan established operational protocols for member interactions and enhanced program evaluation metrics. At the Los Angeles LGBT Center, Meghan advanced patient outcomes as a Quality Manager and managed a team of medical professionals as a Nurse Manager. Early career experience includes a role as a Registered Nurse at Cedars-Sinai and work as a Radio Producer/Editor. Meghan holds an MBA from The University of Arizona Global Campus, a Master's degree in Registered Nursing from UCLA, and a Bachelor's degree in Music Industry from the University of Southern California.
