Michael Sainz

Michael Sainz is a seasoned Learning and Development expert with 25 years of experience, primarily at AT&T, where they held various roles in the HR/Training department known as T-University. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Stakeholder Partner at Blue Shield of California, they act as a liaison between multiple departments to address learning needs and develop targeted solutions. Michael has previously managed educational development projects as a Lead Project Program Manager and has held other managerial roles focused on training and curriculum development. They are pursuing a degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies at California State University, Fresno.
