Teri Vaziri

Teri Vaziri is an experienced Employee Relations professional with a robust background in strategic HR management and talent mobility initiatives. Currently serving as Employee Relations Principal at Blue Shield of California since April 2021, Teri collaborates with leadership to enhance workplace performance and conduct. Previously, Teri held the position of Director, Employee Relations Partner at WeWork during a period of rapid growth, managing employee relations across the US and Canada. Teri's earlier roles include HR Business Partner at Marin General Hospital, and Regional Labor Relations Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, demonstrating a strong track record in addressing employee grievances and organizational goals.
