Tracy Miller

Tracy Miller is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in provider partnerships and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Provider Partnerships at Blue Shield of California since December 2019, Tracy leads the Provider Engagement program for the San Diego and Inland Empire regions, focusing on enhancing provider satisfaction and clinical quality. Prior to this role, Tracy spent two decades at UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities ranged from leading enterprise-wide Care Transition programs to managing a $200M+ technology fund within the Medicare and Retirement line of business. Earlier career experience includes a directorial position at Vista Behavioral Health Plans, overseeing multiple operational teams. Tracy holds a Master of Business Administration from Western International University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communications from the University of Utah.
