Dan Wacksman Chdm

Dan Wacksman CHDM, CRME, CHBA is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and advisory roles. As Founder and CEO of Sassato LLC since May 2019, Wacksman assists hotels, resorts, and travel companies in overcoming strategic, process, and technological challenges. In addition, Wacksman founded Hawaii Hotel Hui to foster community within Hawaii's hotel industry and co-founded hotelBschool to provide industry-specific training. Wacksman serves as a mentor at Blue Startups and NYU's Hospitality Innovation Hub Incubator, helping entrepreneurs with growth strategies. Previously, Wacksman held significant roles at Outrigger Hotels and Resorts and McKinsey & Company, contributing expertise in digital marketing and hospitality. Wacksman's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University, and experience as a lecturer at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
