Iman Grace

Iman Grace, MHA, PCMH CCE, is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in quality transformation and management. Currently serving as a Provider Quality Consultant at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since February 2020, Iman oversees quality initiatives for 13 primary care and behavioral health practices while analyzing performance data and ensuring compliance with HEDIS regulations. Prior experience includes project management at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital, where Iman directed the transformation of pediatric practices into certified Patient Centered Medical Homes and supported operational budget creation for clinics. Earlier roles at Methodist Healthcare and St. Francis Bartlett involved administrative and project evaluation functions, contributing to regulatory compliance and quality assurance initiatives. Iman holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Austin Peay State University.
