Kerri Garrison

VP, Operational Planning and Delivery at BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York

Kerri Garrison joined BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York in 1996 and is the company’s vice president, operational planning and delivery.

She is responsible for strategic planning, the project management office, and process engineering.

Previously, Garrison served as vice president, venture growth, where she was responsible for leading the company’s strategic planning and business development efforts.

In her tenure with BlueCross BlueShield, she has overseen the company’s Medicare Advantage program, product development, research and development, venture growth, health care reform, and digital and customer experiences.

Garrison earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the State University of New York at Albany, and a master’s degree in public administration from the school’s Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy. She serves on the Board of Directors for FeedMore WNY.
