VP, Western New York Commerical Sales at BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York

Paul Valley joined BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York in 1998 and is the company’s vice president, strategic accounts and specialty products.

He is responsible for driving the company’s sales strategy, growth, and retention. He oversees the company’s commercial accounts, external labor relations, and pharmacy benefit sales.

Throughout his tenure at BlueCross BlueShield, Valley has served in a variety of positions in operations and sales.

Previously, he served as senior client executive at Brown & Brown of New York, Inc. and as employee benefits consultant at Lawley Insurance.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Buffalo State.
