Michael Romero

Michael Romero is an experienced educator currently working as a Teacher Apprentice at Blue Engine since August 2018, where responsibilities include assisting in daily class instruction and collaborating on educational content development. Prior to this role, Michael served as an Americorps Volunteer and Youth Development Specialist at the New Jersey Community Development Corporation from February 2017 to July 2018, mentoring students and providing academic support while also leading Japanese language instruction. Additionally, Michael worked as a Banquet Server at 18th Hole Inc from April 2012 to November 2017, managing event preparations and addressing customer concerns. Michael holds a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical and Ancient Studies from Rutgers University.
