Jorge De La Osa

Jorge de la Osa has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Jorge started their career as an Associate at Baker & Hostetler LLP in 1998. Jorge then worked as a Corporate Counsel at Tempus Resorts International from 2002 to 2004, and later at Sol Melia Vacation Club from 2004 to 2010. In 2010, Jorge joined Wyndham Vacation Ownership as a Sr. VP & Assistant General Counsel and was promoted to EVP & General Counsel in 2015. Currently, Jorge is serving as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Bluegreen Vacations, where they have been since 2018.

Jorge de la Osa completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance at the University of Florida from 1988 to 1992. Jorge then pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law from 1996 to 1998.
