Douglas Kinney

Douglas Kinney is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in investor relations and capital raising within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at Bluerock since October 2023, Kinney previously held the position of Senior Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations at Invictus Capital Partners from January 2021 to November 2023. Prior to that, Kinney was Co-Head of the Capital Raising and Investor Relations Group at BentallGreenOak, overseeing a team focused on global capital raising and investor relations. Kinney's career includes pivotal roles at Bentall Kennedy, The Carlyle Group, Greenhill & Co., Credit Suisse Real Estate Private Fund Group, and Heitman, with a foundational education in Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
