Cait Heinz

Cait Heinz is an experienced professional in educational leadership and instructional development, currently serving as the Professional Development Team Lead at Bluum since January 2020. Previous roles at Bluum included Senior Professional Development Specialist and Professional Development Specialist. Before joining Bluum, Cait held the position of Associate Head of Schools for Curriculum and Instruction at Metro Schools College Prep and worked as an Instructional Coach. Cait's teaching experience includes serving as a Spanish Teacher at Cretin-Derham Hall High School and St. Bernard High School. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from Hamline University, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Second Language Learning from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from the College of Saint Benedict.
