Debleena Basu

Debleena Basu, MBA, currently serves as a Product Manager in Consumer Lending at BMO Financial Group since December 2020. Prior to this role, Debleena gained experience as a Credit Risk Analyst Intern at Scotiabank, where analysis of small business loan applications was conducted. Previous positions include Associate Trader at TD Ameritrade, focusing on equity and derivative trade orders, and Financial Advisor, enhancing client relationships through personalized financial guidance. Debleena also held various roles at AIESEC Canada, including Vice President of Finance for the Victoria Chapter and National Trainer, where training and auditing were paramount. Earlier experience includes internships at ANZ and Indophil Textiles Mills, concentrating on cash management and financial analysis, respectively. Debleena earned an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Victoria.
