Laura Martin

Laura Martin, MBA, SPHR has over 25 years of work experience. Laura'smost recent position was as the Managing Director and US Head of HR at BMS Group. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at RAZR. Laura also worked at The Marcus Buckingham Company, where they held various roles such as Vice President Product and Client Experience, Interim Head of Product, Vice President Client Services, and Senior Director of Client Success. Laura's early career includes positions at Target, where they worked as a Senior Group Manager, Manager, and Executive Team Leader in various departments such as Business Systems Services, Marketing Business Technology Team, HR Operations, Team Member Screening, Stores Assurance, and as a Process Analyst.

Laura Martin, MBA, SPHR obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Laura completed this program from 2002 to 2008. In 2018, they acquired a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. Prior to their MBA, Laura Martin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from the University of North Dakota between 1994 and 1998. Laura also holds a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in 2021.
